How does a realtor differentiate from the sea of the market from other agents? By creating a video that gives a personal touch and demonstrates to walk a customer through the journey of buying or selling. That is exactly what we tried to achieve with this branding video of Zenith Patel, a realtor based in the growing real estate region of North Carolina.
Script writing
The first part of creating this video was to create a strong script that showcases the story of Zenith as a realtor, an agent who is trustworthy and experienced to help buyers and sellers navigate through the process.
We discussed our key points with Zenith and came up with the skills and offerings that he wanted to be highlighted in the video. Once that was finalized, we added a personal touch to it by copyright expert so when customers watch this, they immediately get connected before the event the service process begins.
Storyboarding the video
Since we planned the whole project while staying remote it was important to have all the moving parts ready on the day of shooting. By using rough storyboards and incorporating them into the script, the process becomes much easy on the shooting day.,

On the day of shooting, we used Zenith’s home office to capture the a-roll and voice-over part of the video. Since the script was in place, it was a smooth process and we wrapped up in just a matter of time.
After that, we worked on capturing b-rolls based on storyboard and script.
